Master/Journeyman Electrician Exam Prep Class

This in-person Master and Journeyman Class provides a clear blueprint on how to study and what to prioritize, with a primary focus on NEC preparation, particularly the calculations portion of the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam Prep. We will be utilizing the 2026 NEC Code Book.

This class will cover: 

Essential Tables and how to use them, Ohm's Law, Lighting Loads, Receptacle Loads, Appliance Loads, Dryer Loads, Range Loads, Kitchen Loads, Load Calculations, Conductors, Box Fill, Conduit Fill, Transformers, Voltage Drop, Grounding, Taps, and Motors.

Students must realize that the Master and Journeyman Class is merely a launching point, and your journey must continue beyond this class. You will need to take the information presented during the class and use it for further study on your own, especially as you prepare for the Texas Journeyman Electrician Exam. We are committed to assisting you until you pass, providing support for up to one year following the date of your class. The course will cover a significant amount of information fairly quickly, so we don't expect you to retain it all after one session. We will continue to support you throughout the entire NEC preparation process.
